Operations Manager General Insurance Location : Cork (Hybrid periodic travel in Ireland & Europe) Role Summary : An exciting opportunity for a motivated professional (minimum APA-qualified) with a strong operational and leadership background to step into an international-facing role. Youll be responsible for performance delivery, regulatory compliance, and client success for teams operating in Ireland and outside of Ireland, while partnering with peers to embed a strong risk culture and service excellence. Key Responsibilities : Lead operational delivery for local and international teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. Work closely with on-location managers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support and guide teams through a transformation roadmap towards a blended human / digital service model. Monitor performance metrics, identify improvements, and implement solutions. Requirements : CIP or APA qualified in General Insurance. 3+ years management experience in the insurance industry. Strong leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.
