Legal PA - 12 month FTC

Prestigious Irish firm has a number of vacancies for Legal PAs to join them for 12 month contracts in several departments. The successful candidates will have experience in a large law firm environment and be able to hit the ground running in all aspects of the role including : Diary / travel / inbox management including complex meeting coordination and itinerary preparation. File management - matter opening, CDD checks, letters of engagement. Complex billing including drafting narratives, management of balances and invoice preparation. Management of WIP for fee-earners across department. Preparation of court documents including pleadings and letters of advices. These positions will not suit candidates sitting, or intending to sit FE1 examinations.
