Chef de Partie required for Camile Phibsborough

Experienced Chef de Partie required for Camile Thai Phibsborogh, Dublin.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie Chef to join the kitchen team of Camile Thai Restaurant, 143a Phibsborogh Road, Phibsborough, Dublin 7.

Must have 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level in a commercial kitchen setting for this position.

Duties will include : Cooking the food and making our sauces. Help with opening & closing the restaurant. Do the food prep before opening.

Checking the food dates if they are ok. Washing & cleaning up all the equipment. Keeping the kitchen area tidy at all times. Training new junior Staff in our sauces and spice use.

Other general Chef de Partie duties during food service and food pep (meats, hot and

cold kitchen etc).

This is a full time permanent position - 39 hours per week. Salary Euro 30,000 per annum.
