Showroom Sales Manager - Bathrooms My client, with an award-winning showroom in Dublin South, are looking for a target driven people manager to oversee the Bathroom department and a team of five salespeople. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail sales professional with track record of selling bathrooms & tiles, exceptional customer service, and team leadership experience. You will be the driving force behind sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the department. As Bathroom Sales Manager you will be very sales and target driven, leading by example and encouraging your staff to hit their KPI's. Salary is up to €70k, may be negotiable but must reflect experience plus 10% commission. Key Responsibilities for the job of Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales consultants to exceed sales targets. Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and tailored product advice. Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom to a high standard, showcasing our full product range. Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, order accuracy, and timely delivery. Oversee quotations, invoicing, and the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to post-sale follow-up.
