Banking and Finance Associate

to join their expanding Dublin office.

The Role :

Advise on fund finance facilities and structures, including direct lending by private credit funds

Act on leveraged acquisition financing transactions

Support real estate investment and development finance deals

Advise on enforcement strategies, standstills, and restructurings

Collaborate across practise areas and international offices to deliver seamless legal solutions

Engage in business development and profile-raising initiatives

Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team

The Person :

3–5 years' post-qualification experience as a Banking and Finance Associate

Trained and qualified at a leading law firm in Dublin or another key jurisdiction

Proven ability to handle complex transactions with strong drafting and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach

Commercially minded, with a strong client service ethos and business awareness
