Associate Solicitor, Funds / Financial Services

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated Qualified Solicitor (0-3 PQE) to join a highly-regarded Financial Services / Funds team at one of Ireland's largest full-service law firms.

About the Role : Join a close-knit, expert team and take on significant responsibility in diverse funds-related matters.

Your responsibilities will include : Fund Formation & Structuring : Advising on various investment funds (private equity, hedge, venture capital, real estate) and appropriate structures (e.g., ICAVs), plus regulatory considerations.

Documentation & Compliance : Drafting / reviewing fund documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., AIFMD).

Licence Applications : Supporting applications for Central Bank of Ireland authorization for regulated financial services providers.

Client Advisory & Transaction Support : Providing strategic guidance on fund governance, operations, and assisting with fund mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

Collaboration & Business Development : Working with internal and external stakeholders, actively contributing to know-how and business development.

Qualifications & Experience : Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 0-3 years PQE in financial services or funds.

Proven ability in legal research, drafting, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach.
