Residential Sales Manager Location : Roscommon & Galway Type : Full-time, Permanent What you need to know My client, a leader in the residential interiors and kitchen design sector, is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across Roscommon and Galway.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing showroom sales team, drive residential sales growth, and shape the customer experience.

Your new job as Sales Manager : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12 showroom designers in Roscommon and Galway.

Achieve and exceed ambitious residential sales targets through effective pipeline and showroom management.

Drive showroom sales growth and maximise customer experience.

Monitor KPIs, deliver concise performance updates, and generate decision-ready reports.

Partner with senior leadership on showroom layouts, displays, and development projects.

Streamline sales and ordering processes to improve operational efficiency.

Build strong supplier relationships and represent the business at industry events.

What we are looking for as Sales Manager Proven track record in a Sales Manager or senior leadership role within the kitchen, interiors, or luxury residential sales sector (essential).

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams of 10+ staff.

Commercially astute with a background in achieving multi-million-euro sales growth.

Hands-on design / product knowledge, able to step in and support showroom sales consultants.

Skilled in KPI management, reporting, and performance analysis.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
