Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor (FTC)
In this role, you will be managing the warehouse operation and being responsible for handling, tracking and control storing conditions for all materials in accordance with the regulations and company procedures, needed for the plant : raw material, auxiliary and packaging material, finished products, spare parts, production equipment and PPE equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The job holder is aware of all relevant SOPs as per company policy as they are related to the position covered by this job description.
Warehouse performance and organization management : documentation control, compliance with the existing SOPs, implementation of the proper raw material reception and issuance of all types of materials from the warehouse; monitoring and controlling the proper work practices and raw materials storage conditions
Builds the atmosphere, engages and motivates their team members to achieve all targets and proper support and fulfillment of all requirements to internal and external customers with focus "do it on time"
To organize receiving, storage, distribution, recording and control of all types of material needed for the plant : raw material, auxilliary and packaging material, finished products, spare parts, production equipment and PPE equipment
Responsible for the inventory status from finance and quantity perspective including tracking of storage conditions and tightness in all areas where goods are stored – main warehouse, private customs warehouse, warehouse for liquid and flammable materials, waste areas and all rented warehouses with support needed from other functions
To coordinate and communicate with other sections of the SC department and other departments to optimaze the use of available resources with special focus on any potential risk that could appear in any segment of warehouses' processes
Responsible for discipline and following of established rules of behaviour in warehouses along with the access control of WH unemployed people that have to enter the warehouses; special attention to the transporters and the complience of their trucks and equipment with HandSE requirements
In the absence or unvailability of a warehouse worker or administrator, they carry out transactions for which they are authorized : Creating inbound deliveries for SAP items, putting them on stock, and submitting their arrival notifications; receiving and issuing goods from the Spare Parts and Consumables warehouse; transferring materials from main warehouse to the cost centers with SAP transactions
Participating in the disposal process of raw materials, finished products, and technical and spare parts through SAP system, including monitoring its proper physical disposal, as well as checking completed documentation on the performed procedure
Inventorying and sheet balancing in accordance with superiors' requirements and company procedures, checking stock before the inventory, participation, support and monitoring the inventory commission work related to the warehouse stock and supplies
Organizing and conducting the final checks of the prepared products for delivery; responsible for the proper handling of all kind of materials and adequate forming of the layouts for loaded material in transport equipment(trucks, containers,...)
The employee undertakes additional duties on the orders of the superior
Performs all other duties according to the Company's procedures related to Health and Safety and Environment protection, as well as to the other valid legislative regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
Education
High School Diploma Minimum IV level of education required
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the West or similar positions in other companies required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
English language intermediate level –
Computer skills – MS Office and SAP desirable
Communication skills – Able to express themselves clearly in oral and written form
Analytical skills to be able to analyze processes / procedures and understand KPI and targets for the domain of responsibility
LEAN SIX sigma basic – to be trained for the minimum requirement according to the plant matrix, to understand and participate in KAIZEN events and to support and encourage team members in all lean and CI (continual improvement) initiatives
Team work - Team work – Aware of the team player and team leader roles
Work standards – Sets high standards of performance for self and others and is accountable for all operational activities in his domain of responsibility
License and Certifications
Manufacturing\Forklift Certification Upon Hire preferred
Travel Requirements
5% : Up to 13 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Light-Exerting up to 20lbs / 9kg of force frequently, and / or negligible amount of force frequently constantly to move objects.
