The Role As an EHS Officer, youll be a key player in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across a dynamic construction site.

Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain robust safety systems, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive a culture of safety excellence.

Responsibilities Support the Health & Safety Manager in all site safety matters Ensure compliance with company and site-specific safety protocols Conduct site inspections, audits, and daily safety walks Deliver inductions and toolbox talks Review subcontractor documentation (RAMS, SPA, etc.) Assist in incident investigations and reporting Chair safety meetings and identify training needs Maintain and update the Safety Management System What Were Looking For A relevant 3rd level qualification in EHS (essential) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Pharma construction background essential Strong background in construction safety Excellent communication and organisational skills Benefits : Pension Fund other
