Arcadis DPS Engineering are a seeking a Project Engineer (Intermediate) and Project Manager (Senior) to join our multidiscipline project engineering team delivering projects for LM / SM & Utilities at a pharma company based in Kinsale. This is initially a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of EPCV projects in the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology sector, from concept through to handover, including all project phases. Responsibilities Manage and deliver projects from concept through to handover, ensuring all phases are completed to specification, schedule, and budget. Support and co-ordinate Engineering Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Qualification activities on a range of EPCV projects. Generate and manage project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets. Interface with users, clients, and multidiscipline engineering teams to ensure requirements are met. Lead or attend regular project co-ordination meetings and provide effective project communication. Prepare and review project controls data (schedules, budgets, resourcing plans, and man-hour forecasts) to support decision-making and take corrective actions as required. Identify the need for specialist services and coordinate with relevant groups within the project team. Work independently and proactively within a fast-paced, GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (discipline depends on the specific role). Relevant design and project delivery experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical sector : -Intermediate (Project Engineer) : Significant engineering experience, with at least 5 years in the Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical sector. -Senior (Project Manager / Engineer) : Extensive engineering experience, ideally 15 years overall, with at least 5 years in the Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical sector. Previous experience delivering medium-value projects (€12M) in a GMP environment, or managing multidisciplinary teams and project controls. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface with users, clients, and cross-functional teams.
