Our client

Our client is an established accountancy firm based in North Dublin that has experienced significant growth over the past few years.

As part of this ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Tax Senior Manager or Director to join their senior management team.

Currently, their tax practice has one Senior Manager, but due to the volume of high-quality work, there is scope one and perhaps a second senior tax specialist in time.

The firm has a progressive senior management team that is committed to staying involved in the business for the foreseeable future.

About the Role

To be successful in this position, you will be a qualified tax consultant, ideally with experience from a Top 25 or Big 4 firm.

You should have solid knowledge across all primary tax heads.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need the ambition and drive to engage with clients regularly, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute to the development of the tax practice.

Team and staff development are priorities for the firm, so this role requires being in the office four days a week.

About You

A qualified tax consultant (AITI or equivalent)

At least seven years of experience in tax practice

Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for client engagement and business development

A natural mentor, who enjoys coaching and developing staff
