Let's talk about the role

As the Tax Director, you'll be fully immersed with our experienced tax team, heading up the department and working with a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients across various sectors.

It's a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm.

Your responsibilities will include :

Managing and growing the Tax Department within the firm

Working on a challenging, evolving, and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio

Providing intelligent and creative solutions to client tax issues both reactively and proactively, and presenting solutions to complex technical issues

Writing high-quality tax reports and professionally presented documents, requiring minimal input from partners

Developing close client relationships, understanding their business, and playing a part in winning new work while cross-selling the firm's other professional services

Managing within budgetary and time constraints while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Be CTA qualified, with proven experience within a similar role

Have strong technical knowledge and the proven ability to identify opportunities for clients

Bring experience in managing and leading a team of qualified professionals
