Tax director (m&a / private clients )

My client is a Boutique Tax practice based in South Dublin.

Due to continued growth and development an exciting opportunity has come up for Tax Director who has experience in Private Clients & Deal Advisory, you might be working in an Accountancy / tax Practice or Legal Firm.

You will have experience with the following transactions : Sale of business, Corporate reorganisations, Insertion of Holding Companies, Hive outs, Cash extractions, succession planning etc.

You will be joining a well organised firm that highly values a great work life balance (you won't be working outside of normal working hours or crazy overtime).

You'll enjoy working from home 3 days per week.

This firm are seeking an experienced hire and they want you to be able to hit the ground running, working multiple projects at once and leading the charge / relationship with clients.

You will have the following skills & experiences : Have worked in a Large Accounting, Tax or Legal firm Played a leading role working with clients in the Private Clients space dealing with Hiveouts, corporate reorganisation, business sales, restructures, succession planning etc.

Strong Leadership skills.

Excellent Communication skills.

Proactive with a strong business know how and ability to lead relationships.

Qualified Accountant and / or CTA qualified.

At least 3-5 years private clients experience in a Top20 firm.

With easy commute of Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Great attitude and determination to succeed.

English as primary language.
