Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage staff. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Support the Food and Beverage Manager in planning menus, promotions, and events. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff schedules. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications : Previous experience in food and beverage service or supervision, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service. Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
