Our Client is a leading financial services firm based in Dublin West. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a bright and commercially mined Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business by delivering clear financial insights and fostering collaboration between finance and operational teams. Pension Healthcare Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) Other bens including professional subs 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Key Responsibilities : Prepare monthly management accounts, including journal entries for accounting. Conduct critical variance analysis vs. budget and forecast, collaborating with departments to explain deviations. Produce monthly reporting packs for the Management Board and Supervisory Board. Support quarterly forecasting by aligning inputs across multiple business units. Creating and implementing enhanced pricing standardisation process flows throughout wider business from end to end Creating and implementing enhanced pricing standardisation process flows Identify and implement process improvements to increase forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Understanding the cost drivers of the business and providing insight to the non-finance members, where appropriate Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making. Build strong cross-functional relationships, resolving operational challenges and driving efficiency, cost savings, and performance improvement. Deliver proactive financial support by analysing commercial opportunities, enhancing data understanding, and improving processes to meet key business targets. Ideal Profile : Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA / ACA / CPA Experience financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Previous experience with SAP, plus reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau a major plus Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport to key business stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential Commercially mined with ability to drill into large data sets Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
