Your Responsibilities : Oversee operations of the Events, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times. Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Ensure all areas are compliant with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws. Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency. Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution. What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a hospitality or customer service setting. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage high-pressure situations effectively. A deep understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, budgeting, and staffing. Passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and staff. Flexibility and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Requirements : Must have the right to work in Ireland Manual Handling and Food Safety level 2, certificate.
