• Manage Commercial and Private Client Conveyancing files.
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts
• Perform against KPIs and billing targets.
• Support and assist in the provision of high-quality legal services to the Firm's clients
• Case Management
• Monitoring of case and key dates
