Commercial Property Manager - Retail (Senior Surveyor)
Based in the Dublin office, the successful candidate will deliver day-to-day management services for a portfolio of predominantly retail commercial assets.
They should be self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving approach and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Key client management.
Day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of predominantly retail commercial assets.
Oversight and management of critical lease dates and providing recommendations to clients regarding lease events.
Property inspections, arrears collection, turnover rent management (where applicable) and cashflow management.
Management of service charge budgets in line with the SCSI Code of Practice.
Developing and maintaining relationships with retailers and occupiers; lead discussions on debt management, trading performance, footfall, etc.
Support the senior management team on larger client projects and accounts.
Assist in creating presentations for business development and pitches.
Produce high-quality written output and bespoke client reports monthly / quarterly in line with client requirements.
Maintain regular contact with stakeholders such as banks, receivers, financial institutions, state bodies, owners, tenants, lawyers, etc.
Write reports with timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
Maintain fee-system analysis, client acceptance testing and money laundering checks.
Line management of site and junior staff where required.
Coordinate with other client teams to support delivery of client services.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Technically competent with ability to earn client trust.
3 years' experience in commercial property management, with proven experience managing retail parks or shopping centre assets.
Proactive property management approach with excellent time management and organizational skills; able to use personal initiative.
Starting or intending to start the route to becoming a chartered member of the SCSI.
Ability to identify opportunities and introduce business within your sphere of influence.
IT competency; experience with Yardi is preferred.
Understanding of ESG in property management.
Articulate, professional and persuasive with strong verbal, numerical and report-writing skills.
Takes pride in output with accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and negotiation skills; a team player with interpersonal and influencing abilities.
Honesty, integrity and high ethical standards; fluent in spoken and written English.
Full valid driving license; use of own car desirable but not essential.
