Construction Solicitor — We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm with an expanding Dublin practice, seeking a

Construction Associate – 2PQE+

The Role

Advise a diverse client base including developers, funders, employers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.

Draft, review and negotiate building contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and development agreements.

Support projects across sectors such as living, commercial, retail, energy, and infrastructure.

Assist with dispute management including adjudication, conciliation, and litigation.

Collaborate closely with other teams on related real estate, banking, and corporate matters.

Maintain high levels of client contact and contribute to business development activities.

The Person

Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in construction law (contentious, non-contentious, or both).

Strong drafting skills with the ability to produce clear, commercially astute documents.

Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.

Highly organised with ability to manage competing deadlines.

Passionate about professional development and continuous learning.
