Incentive travel specialist required, hybrid work options available We have a great opportunity for a highly driven travel industry professional to join as Sales Managerwith the Incentive team at this market-leading travel specialist. This would suit someone with proven experience in creating winning proposals for the North American and Australasian markets, as well as successfully selling within the European market. Key responsibilities : Sales and marketing activities including office-based work and sales trips / activities throughout Ireland and overseas. Sales reporting. Preparation and delivery of unique and engaging sales presentations and winning sales proposals. Maintain and build strong client relationships built on trust. Preparation and presentation of proposed client programmes. Development of costing models. Site inspections / Fam trips. Manage and maintain the CRM database. Ensure that all funding applications are processed and submitted. Marketing support : managing social media accounts, ezine content etc. Assisting other depts / colleagues as required. Assisting with environmental and responsible tourism initiatives. Supervision and support of any staff / trainees assigned to the Incentive Department. General office duties. Availability to work weekends / evenings as per business requirements. The ideal candidate : Third-level Tourism / Business / Language qualification and / or at least two years experience within an Irish DMC / tourism body / hotel (incentive sales experience). Excellent knowledge of the Ireland incentive product offering. Fluency in verbal and written English essential. Strong IT skills, MS Office in particular Motivated self-starter with excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail. Commercial drive and ability to work to identified KPIs. Deep client focus and commitment to service. Positive, diplomatic communication skills. Proven team manager as well as team player. Willingness to travel both in Ireland and overseas. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required. Full driver license an advantage.
