Technical Account Manager

Overview

Our client is a dynamic consulting and digital transformation business that partners with some of the world's most innovative companies to deliver cutting-edge solutions across software development, QA, project management, and business analysis.

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a senior leader, serving as the key interface between the company and its clients.

Reporting to the Director of Delivery & Operations, you will shape delivery strategies, build long-term client relationships, and drive commercial growth.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategic Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite clients

Drive strategic partnerships, lead review meetings, and ensure client satisfaction

Manage risks, resolve challenges, and continuously improve service quality

Technical Delivery Oversight

Oversee complex, multi-service line programmes (PM, BA, Dev, QA)

Collaborate on enterprise-level planning and delivery strategies

Promote continuous improvement across teams and client engagements

Lead cross-functional teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models

Partner with HR and Resource Management on planning, staffing, and development

Support consultant growth, engagement, and rotation planning

Commercial & Contractual Influence

Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts

Drive proposal creation and RFP responses in collaboration with sales

Ensure contracts align with legal, commercial, and client expectations

Requirements

15+ years in client delivery, account management, or consulting leadership

Proven success managing complex programmes and enterprise client relationships

Strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mindset and strong influencing skills

Comfortable operating in matrixed environments and leading diverse teams

Deep understanding of consultancy services, delivery operations, and legal frameworks

Experience in the Retail sector is an advantage
