Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.

Preferred qualifications :

Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects, process improvements, or supporting implementation or transformation projects.

Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design with data analysis skills.

Demonstrated Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Reviews with leadership showcasing progress on cross-functional OKRs, identify new opportunities, and promote service offerings (e.g., centralized invoice validation).

Become a recognized expert in S2P processes and operations, including enrollment, purchase requisition / purchase order creation, invoicing, payments, approvals, and validation.

Develop a deep understanding of how Product Area (PA) processes interact with Source-to-pay (S2P) and Global Business Services (GBS) processes, systems landscape, and stakeholders (business, finance, and accounting teams).

Leverage data to identify, prioritize, implement, and measure process improvements that enhance and optimize the control environment, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and scale with growth.

Partner with source to pay operational leads to develop standardized frameworks for integrations, new product set ups, divestitures, and process governance (with a focus on change management and documentation).
