Investment Analyst

Compensation :

€50,000 – €55,000 base + bonus and benefits

An established and growing leader in the investment sector is seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to join their Irish team.

This newly created role will be instrumental in supporting acquisitions, underwriting new investment opportunities, and providing detailed analytics to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, market research, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Assist in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, ensuring well-researched recommendations are developed.

Perform in-depth market research to assess industry trends, investment risks, and potential growth areas.

Collaborate with internal teams to analyse financial data and assess investment viability.

Support senior management in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.

Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to project asset performance and returns.

Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and service providers.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment proposals for senior leadership and investors.

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Business from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
