The Firm

The role reports to the MD and sits on the Executive Committee with PCF-30 accountability.

The Opportunity – Responsibilities

Investment Leadership

• Partner with advisers and portfolio managers to shape discretionary model portfolios and financial planning solutions.

Contribute to asset allocation frameworks, portfolio construction parameters, and manager selection oversight.

Investment Expertise

Central to this is the use of the Group's central investment process and investment risk framework to monitor portfolios, benchmarks and risk strategies; client and portfolio suitability; and performance outcomes.

The Individual

Strong background in

wealth management, discretionary portfolio management, Investment Advice or financial planning

with proven HNW / retail client exposure.

Experience from an

asset management or institutional investment environment

is valued; a blend of both oversight and wealth experience is highly regarded.

Track record of

influencing investment direction

(asset allocation, portfolio design, fund selection).

Governance and oversight expertise with readiness for

PCF-30 approval

Board / ExCo credibility, able to influence senior stakeholders and regulators.

CFA, CISI Chartered Wealth Manager, PCIAM

, or equivalent qualifications.
