Job Purpose

The Real Estate Analyst position will play an integral part in supporting both the development and commercial teams within the business, responsible for handling the majority of the financial modelling, research and assessment of potential development opportunities, as well as supporting the ongoing financial assessment and reporting on existing development projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel and real estate financial modelling skills to contribute to the success of a leading Irish housebuilder and developer.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

Financial Analysis & Modelling

• Prepare and maintain development appraisals, ranging from short-form feasibility studies to detailed models. Analysis to include : cash flow modelling, property valuations, investment analyses (IRRs, sensitivity tables, scenario testing), and funding structuring (debt and equity financing), in order to assess project viability and risk.
