Finance Digital Transformation Manager(Fully Remote, €65K) Fixed Term 12 month contract with the opportunity to extend up to 18 months Are you a qualified accountant ready to lead a finance transformation project?

This well-known charity is embarking on a landmark Digital & Financial Transformation Project, replacing its Finance Management System and reshaping how finance supports every corner of the organisation.

They are seeking a dynamic finance professional to play a pivotal role in this change from system design and data migration to rolling out a brand-new Chart of Accounts and reporting structure.

Typically your day to day will involve : Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the new Finance Management System.

Implement the new Chart of Accounts and reporting structure across the organisation.

Ensure full statutory and charity compliance (SORP) while modernising reporting processes.

Oversee data migration from legacy systems with a sharp focus on integrity and accuracy.

Develop robust general ledger, budget management, payroll, bank reconciliation, and purchase-to-pay processes within the new system.

Deliver training and support, ensuring finance and non-finance colleagues are equipped for success.

It is expected that you are ideally a qualified Accountant with 3+ years in a senior finance role.

Proven experience in finance system implementation with strong knowledge of how IT systems can streamline finance processes along with hands-on with data migration, reporting, and audit requirements.
