Finance Transformation Manager

Finance Transformation - Manager - Dublin Due to continuous growth our client is looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Professionals to join a highly talented team in Ireland.

In this role, you will work with global organisations to help modernise their finance capabilities and unlock long-term value.

Youll collaborate with client engagement teams across a variety of sectors, supporting clients in optimising Finance processes and implementing enabling technologies.

Key areas of focus include supporting innovation-led finance functions aligned across business and technology.

Driving value and performance management through enhanced planning, reporting, and analytics.

Standardising and improving operating models using enabling technologies.

Shaping digital finance visions, developing target operating models, and creating transformation roadmaps.

This would suit someone with minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting of Finance Transformation projects.

Hands on experience in Finance Process, and expertise in one of the following : Transactional Processing (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report), Financial Planning & Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Reporting), Value & Performance Management, Finance Process Automation.

Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, PMP, Prince 2 or MBA are preferred.
