We are excited to be working with a large insurance group who are hiring for a Personal Lines Pricing Actuary. . We are seeking a Qualified Actuary, ideally with a background in personal lines, though other relevant experience will also be considered. This role is Dublin Based. The company offers a flexible working model, and the Pricing Actuary will be reporting to the Personal Lines Street Pricing Lead.
About the Personal Lines Pricing Role :
The successful candidate will join the Personal Lines Pricing Team. Duties for this position include (but are not limited to) :
- Modelling : Translating Technical price changes into street pricing and Customer behaviour modelling.
- Lead pricing inputs into and supporting key business processes.
- Organizing and delivering presentations to colleagues on latest pricing developments.
- Observing the changing regulatory environment internally and locally and judging the influence on existing and new business opportunities.
- Overall maintenance of pricing procedures and underwriting guidelines.
Actuarial skills required
The role would suit a Qualified Actuary. Applicants must have an actuarial background and ideally have experience of the following :
