What does the typical day look like :
Business Development Executive
- Lead generation : Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
- Landlord communication : Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract
- Contract negotiation : Successful negotiation and signing of contracts
- Data maintenance : Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack
Sales Executive
Communicating with landlords : negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to / from landlordsPreparing for calls with landlords : includes reviewing and researching existing and / or new leases using the Company's database / software system, intranet, and other various sourcesEntering Data : entering data into the Company's database / software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Preparing Proposals : creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.What are we looking for :
