The Mechanical Project Engineer is a key role in modern construction projects.
Must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within the Energy and Process Sector.
Role will involve supporting the Project team with all things Mechanical on the project.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Mechanical Project Lead and Managers
- Manage mechanical engineering Systems from initial design and planning through to implementation and completion.
- Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and reduce costs.
