Key Responsibilities : Accurately process invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies. Prepare and manage payments, including electronic transfers and ACH. Resolve payment discrepancies and manage vendor queries. Handle employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations. Assist with month-end close and support financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain audit-ready records. Requirements : Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
