Our client, a well-respected leader in the Reinsurance industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic Finance department.

Role & Responsibilities Management and execution of all accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor communication.Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and controlsPreparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reconciliations and accounts payable reports.Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.Maintaining accurate historical records by filing documents. Key Skills Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.Strong understanding of financial controlsExcellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor interactions.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and commitment to quality.
