Position : Sous Chef What You'll Be Doing Designing and preparing innovative, high-quality dishes that reflect our bistro's identity and seasonal ingredients. Overseeing kitchen operations, from food preparation to presentation, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Engaging with guests and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the dining experience. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Chef in a bistro, restaurant, or similar culinary setting. A strong passion for cooking and creating specials that inspire and impress. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate a small team. Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary techniques.
