Business Development Director

The Role

90,000 basic per annum plus generous bonus and car allowance.

Dublin Based with travel throughout Ireland.

We’re looking for a naturally driven, enthusiastic and inspiring Business Development Director to join us as we scale up our APCOA business, contributing to our growth and success! This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team with the aim of setting and driving the standards across the function, ensuring that we deliver high performance and consistency of approach to optimise commercial value.

Do you have a proven track record of successful B2B services?

Are you someone who has an established network and extensive experience?

Can you drive commercial bid processes, frameworks and commercial tendering?

You will come armed with proven credentials of commercially growing a business and will be naturally inquisitive to identify new opportunities and deliver commercial benefits from these opportunities. You'll get to know your customers inside-out, so you can fully understand their needs and inspire your team to go above and beyond to overcome and solve their challenges. What you’ll achieve :

• Expand and grow the business by pursuing business leads, liaising with Property Management Companies, Estate Agents, Property Owners / Developers, public tendering opportunities and existing competitor contracts.
• Promote innovative bespoke parking solutions using technical advancements.
• Rapidly deliver a powerful and effective strategy aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention across all sectors of the APCOA Ireland business.
• Deliver and develop strong, competitive bids across APCOA’s range of public and private sector businesses, ensuring resourcing, costing and pricing strategy is developed in conjunction with the Senior Management Team. You will produce professionally written proposals and pitch content that superbly articulates the organisations value proposition and win themes.
• Develop a robust set of key performance indicators for areas of Business Development and operate periodic business reviews to review performance and determine corrective action.
