Job descriptionTwo years’ clinical experience in the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory preferred. Candidates must possess teaching abilities, leadership qualities, professional judgment, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, and a sense of professional development. Must demonstrate multi-tasking ability. The employee, must speak, read and write grammatically correct English. Clarity is recruiting for a CNM1 - Cath Lab for a hospital in South Dublin .
The nurse manager is accountable for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for Urology Day unit. This includes clinical, human resources, and financial management.
The role is accountable for clinical and administrative duties including productivity of the unit, service development and interdisciplinary relationship building and support.
Qualifications
- Nursing & Midwife Board of Ireland (NMBI) Registered General Nurse license in good standing.
- Prefer to have relevant post graduate course. Willing to undertake post graduate course within 18months of commencement of clinical coordinator role.
