About the Role
We’re looking for a Social & Growth Marketing Strategist who lives and breathes social media and knows how to turn content into community—and community into growth. You’ll be the driving force behind our digital acquisition, retention, and engagement strategy. This isn’t just about posting—it’s about owning the digital funnel, amplifying our brand voice, and converting attention into action.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging, trend-led content —from ideation and planning to production and publishing
- Lead social strategy end-to-end : content calendars, community engagement, influencer campaigns, and partnerships
- Optimise performance with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and attribution tracking platforms
- Run our CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) to support personalised journeys
- Collaborate across teams on campaigns and launches, bringing creative ideas to life
- Report on insights and performance, turning data into next steps
About You :
3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and analyticsStrong video editing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)Confidence building platform-specific strategies for Gen Z and younger Millennial audiencesFamiliarity with Meta Suite, TikTok tools, YouTube Studio, and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or BufferHighly organised and collaborative, with a strong eye for brand, tone, and visual storytellingA passion for digital trends, creator culture, and audience growthYou should have :
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practicesExperience scaling social-first brands or content-led growth strategiesPrior work in a B2C, D2C or youth-led brand environmentWhat We Offer
