About the Opportunity An established and fast-growing international business is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join its finance function at a pivotal time in its growth journey.

The company has a strong global presence and is scaling operations across multiple jurisdictions.

This is an ideal role for a recently qualified accountant seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic, commercially aware environment where finance plays a key role in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts and group financial reports Assist in the group's budgeting and forecasting process Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close Maintain and improve internal controls across multiple entities Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during annual audit processes Prepare VAT, intrastat and other relevant statutory returns across multiple jurisdictions Work closely with finance teams in the UK, Europe and Asia to ensure consistent financial practices Contribute to systems / process improvements as the business continues to scale Key Requirements Recently qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA accountant (1–2 years PQE ideal) Practice-trained or trained in an international finance function Strong understanding of group consolidations and reporting principles Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems advantageous High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to work in a fast-paced, evolving business What's on Offer Exposure to international operations and group-level reporting Broad and commercially-influential finance experience Hybrid working and collaborative, inclusive culture Competitive salary and benefits package This role would suit a recently qualified accountant looking to move from practice or another industry role into a group finance environment with real scope for growth.
