As the Financial Accountant, you will :
Operational Financial Management : Manage financial payment and reporting processes for various programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and drive efficiencies in financial reporting and payment processes.Internal and External Financial Reporting : Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and manage debtor processes.
Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and financial reports for both internal and external use.People Management : Lead and support staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and develop professionally.
Manage assigned staff with a focus on problem-solving and creative solutions.Stakeholder Management : Establish effective relationships with external stakeholders and manage agreements.
