Reports / Accountable to : eLearning Manager Role Overview : TheeLearning Administratorwill play a crucial role in supporting the management, delivery, and optimisation of Tobar - the GAAs digital learning platform. Reporting to theeLearning Manager, this role involvesmaintainingthe Learning Management System (LMS),assistingwith course development, providing user support, and ensuring a seamless eLearning experience for all Gaelic Games stakeholders. Principal Responsibilities : Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Manage user accounts, permissions, and enrolments within the LMS. Ensure courses, learning pathways, and resources are updated and accessible. Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with 3rdparty support partners as needed. Generate reports and analytics to track engagement, completion rates, and learner progress. Content and Course Management Assistin uploading andmaintainingeLearning content, including SCORM packages, videos, and interactive resources. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content is structured effectively. Support the testing and quality assurance of online courses. User Support & Engagement Provide first-line support to learners, answering queries and resolving technical issues. Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support stakeholders. Engage with coaches, volunteers, and administrators to encourage platform adoption. System & Process Improvement Identifyareas for improving the user experience and learning journey. Support the integration ofnew technologiesand tools to enhance digital learning. Assistin the evaluation and enhancement of existing eLearning programs. Essential Criteria : Relevant third level qualification ideally in a related discipline e.g. Digital Learning, Education, Learning and Development. Experienceadministering an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Totara,LearnUpon, or similar). Strong ITproficiency, including knowledge of eLearning authoring tools(e.g.Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)and SCORM content. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Excellentorganisational and time-management skills; Demonstrated experience working in a team environment to deliver effective results; Attention to detail and accuracy.
