Business support Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland Permanent Role Details Role Title Procurement Administrator Department  Operations Reports To Procurement Manager Location Dublin 12 Role Purpose You will be supporting the Procurement Manager with general procurement and Ad Hoc administration.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and / or team members who report into you
  • Raising Purchase Orders (Central Admin)
  • Supporting the business in the UK / NI in relation to all procurement and stock admin
  • Dealing with broad range of queries relating to POs etc
  • Workflow report generation, POs and GRNs
  • Management of all stock items in 4ps across multiple companies
  • Maintenance and upkeep of 4ps ERP System. ROI, NI, UK, Caribbean
  • Dealing with all invoices that arrive without Purchase Order numbers. ROI, NI, UK
  • Looking after all travel and accommodation for most of the Actavo companies
  • Person Specification Experience

  • Similar experience in a similar, busy office environment
  • Skills & Competencies (evidence of)

  • Proficient IT skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Interpersonal

  • Strong communication skills and confident communicating with people at all levels of the business
