Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Order Processing : Handle customer orders via phone and email efficiently and accurately.
- Sample Management : Coordinate the sending of product samples to clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Team Support : Provide essential administrative support to 2-3 sales representatives, including managing queries and assisting with daily tasks.
- In-house System & MS Office : Use our internal system to manage tasks while demonstrating strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Customer Query Management : Act as the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with a small, collaborative team of three other professionals in similar roles.
Key Requirements :
