Your New Role

As a Senior Structural Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing structural engineering projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading structural design and analysis for a variety of projects.
• Conducting structural investigations and assessments.
• Preparing and reviewing detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
