KNOW THE ROLE

As a values-led people champion, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider People Team to support current and future resourcing needs. They will also lead on employer branding initiatives, support our digital recruitment channels, and bring fresh thinking to the evolving world of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across Retail Operations. Occasionally support with Head Office recruitment.

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and deliver robust hiring strategies.

Provide expert advice and coaching to stakeholders on interview practice, inclusive hiring, and legislative compliance.

Champion and evolve our employer brand across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other platforms.

Create engaging job content and source candidates through direct outreach, social media, referrals, and job boards.

Deliver an excellent candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint.

Track and report weekly recruitment metrics and KPIs; offer insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.

Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

Support recruitment projects and initiatives, including volume hiring campaigns and new system rollouts.

Maintain and manage updates on Careers website, Core HR, and TALEO systems.

Attend relevant industry events, expand talent pipelines, and contribute to building strong talent communities.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.

Skilled at sourcing top talent while amplifying company culture and employee value proposition through impactful social media campaigns.

Passionate about blending recruitment strategy with creative digital storytelling to attract and engage high-quality candidates.

Collaborative : Builds strong internal relationships across departments and champions teamwork to drive hiring success.

Results-Focused : Demonstrates urgency and ownership in delivering high-quality hires against deadlines and targets.

Communicative : Clear and professional communicator – both written and verbal – with the ability to influence at all levels.

Organised : Manages multiple priorities effectively; highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
