RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring an  General Manager / Person in Charge (PIC) for a  Nursing home in North Dublin , Ireland.

Responsibilities

• As the Person in Charge (PIC), as defined by the Health Act of 2007 and HIQA regulations, assume complete accountability.
• Give employees strong, observable leadership to maintain a happy workplace and great morale.
• Help create and carry out operational and strategic plans for the house.
• Make sure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Make certain that residents always receive excellent, person-centered care.
• Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and the provision of individualized services.
• Keep an eye on incident management, clinical governance, and safety procedures.
• Encourage ongoing efforts to improve quality.
• Continue to adhere strictly to HIQA policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee the planning and execution of HIQA audits and inspections.
• Keep all of the records and reports that are mandated by law.
• Make that HIQA and other pertinent parties receive timely and suitable notices.
