The role involves handling legal and administrative documents in a fast-paced environment. Key duties : Data processing in line with policies Managing incoming / outgoing mail Using Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, and bespoke systems Maintaining accurate, organised records Adapting to workload changes and supporting team goals Other related clerical and customer service tasks Requirements : Team player able to work under tight deadlines Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office Relevant third-level qualification (variousdegree disciplinaries) or12+ months public sector experience.
