Strategic Operations – Oversee the development and delivery of efficient, aligned support services across campuses Leadership – Lead a broad team of Directors and functional heads across Estates, HR, IT, Legal and more Transformation – Drive major operational improvement projects and organisational development initiatives Governance – Represent the operations function at Board and Committee level ensuring compliance and best practice Stakeholder Management – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic priorities Performance – Set and monitor performance goals for service areas under remit Risk & Compliance – Ensure robust risk management, legal and regulatory compliance across operations Culture & Inclusion – Champion a collaborative, inclusive culture supporting the wider institutional mission Interested in this position?
