As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of school networks. This is a field-based role requiring outreach, engagement, and relationship-building with schools and education decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify and map potential schools across designated regions. Research and profile key decision-makers (Principals, Secretaries, Board Members). Design and implement targeted email campaigns. Conduct follow-up communications to arrange meetings with key stakeholders. Proactively generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking. Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with school representatives. Deliver presentations and food tastings to promote Nourish+Green's offerings. Understand the specific needs of each school and tailor proposals accordingly. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms. Finalise agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly activity reports. Provide exceptional after-sales support and customer care. Maintain long-term relationships with school clients for contract renewals and upselling opportunities. Key Requirements Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or education / foodservice sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport quickly. IT proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Highly organised with excellent time management. Confident public speaker and presenter. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel regionally. Desirable Attributes Experience working with schools or educational institutions. Passion for health, nutrition, or foodservice. Familiarity with GDPR and best practices in email marketing.
