Be Part of Our Success

• Registration and maintaining online records of participants.
• Logistics matters ranging from scheduling, room booking (if applicable) and security coordination.
• Timely updates to participants on class schedules, venues, and changes to the course dates.
• Support in preparation and dissemination of all necessary materials (i.e., course materials, attendance lists and end-of-survey link).
• Administration and collation of end-of-course results.
• Be a point-of contact to trainers, vendors, and participants for the smooth running of courses.
• Prompt invoicing and payment to trainers and vendors.
• Preparation and despatch of certificates after each course run.
• These include (but not limited to) the following : - proper e-filing of documents for audit purposes, handling of ad-hoc projects.
