A proactive and varied role responsible for maintaining a high level of system availability and performing routine maintenance checks across building systems in line with F-Gas qualifications. The Site Service Technician will be the primary point responsible for the delivery of routine compliance checks and HVAC / F-Gas PPM in line with client SLA's.

This individual will be required to have strong interpersonal skills which enables them to communicate effectively to senior management and also to work well within a team environment.
A substantial part of the role will be working days in a team but there will be periods when out of hours working will be required, therefore self-management skills are needed.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out routine PPM inspections.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify, diagnose, and solve routine maintenance issues.
- Perform fault diagnosis, maintenance and servicing work safely and efficiently in accordance with manufacturers' instructions. Read and extract information from engineering drawings, specification diagrams and maintenance manuals where available.
- Prepare quotations for repairs / recommendations and upgrades on dedicated systems and communicate effectively with the Site lead / Account Manager.
- Operate compliantly conforming to relevant regulatory systems and raising events / deviations where necessary.
- Use the onsite CMMS planning system, report progress and give accurate updates to management colleagues daily
- Possess a strong EHS and quality compliance ethos and have a strong understanding of EHS documentation preparation and review.
- Experience as a user of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) is essential.
- Maintain good housekeeping in work areas.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of contract and site SLA's
- Always behave in a manner fitting to the business ethos and always maintain the Company's standards both internally and externally.
- Act as a brand ambassador as you represent the Company through its ongoing expansion
- Undertake any additional duties necessary for the smooth operation of the contract.
