We are looking for new colleague to join the Apleona team for the position of Account Director for Dublin region
Overall Purpose of the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the existing teams on a portfolio of key Client accounts across Ireland. You will be the key interface across the Client base and will actively promote synergies across the sites while fostering and nurturing senior client relationships, highlighting new business prospects, steering organic growth and driving continuous improvements through safe sustainable innovative initiatives and practices. In addition, an integral function of the role will be to develop and manage Client retention strategies where appropriate.
Main duties and reponsibilities :
- Lead and support a team of site leads and directors and assume overall account responsibility to ensure all contractual IFM service level agreements are maintained and achieved.
- Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, company policy and all other company legislation and best practices on the portfolio.
- Grow and foster a collaborative environment for the teams to work and thrive looking at key drivers to achieve company strategic targets.
- Provide performance metrics and reporting for each client account allowing a basis to be formed supporting the achievement of overall business goals
- Develop a deep understanding of each account's critical requirements and challenges and create a supporting strategy to address these.
- Drive efficiency across the portfolio by adopting efficient work methods and practices, streamlining service solutions and adopting coded work ethics to create inclusive high performance work environments.
- Partake in recruitment and selection process on occasions
- Lead and motivate the team to develop efficient work ethics and strategies
- Develop and manage a Client retention strategy where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance of company ISO and all quality standards across the portfolio.
- Work with commercial finance analysts to ensure business forecasts and margin management are consistent with expectations across the portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation of annual and long-term budgets for each Client account.
Qualifications and Experience
Recognised FM, Business management or Engineering qualification essential.Minimum 7 years experience in Facility Management industry.Minimum 7 years experience of pharmaceutical and critical environments essential.Experience in bidding and delivering multi-country tenders.Proficient use of MS Office suite.Full clean driving license.Professional affiliation with the IPFMA and or BIFM beneficial.We are looking forward to hearing from you.
